Dr. Phillips is Board Certified in Pediatrics. He has a BA in Chemistry from Oberlin College and an MD from Wayne State University. He did his Pediatric residency at the medical college at Virginia Hospitals. Dr. Phillips is particularly interested in child development, nutrition, and adolescent medicine.
