Our full-service pharmacy is conveniently located within DeKalb Clinic Main, located at 217 Franklin Street in DeKalb, to provide courteous service. Our patrons appreciate the one-stop shopping experience of seeing their physician and picking up their medication. We also serve our patients from DeKalb Clinic North. The physicians of DeKalb Clinic North telephone your prescriptions before you leave that site and it is ready for you to pick up when you arrive at the pharmacy. Maintaining these high levels of service is a top priority for our pharmacy staff. Our patients appreciate the direct contact with our pharmacists, who along with the physician, can provide prompt answers for any patient questions or concerns. We maintain a profile of medications received by each patient and are able to provide the following information sheets: prescription information, screening for possible allergies and drug interactions. Registered Pharmacists are on duty during all hours of operation and are available to answer questions concerning medications. We accept most prescription insurance plans. Please bring your prescription card on your initial visit to the pharmacy and any time you change plans thereafter. We accept Visa and MasterCard, provide charge accounts for qualified patients, and offer free delivery service within DeKalb. We carry a full line of brand name and generic prescription drugs that have been approved by the State of Illinois. A full inventory of over the counter drugs, herbal supplements and compression stockings are also available. Our staff consists of two Registered Pharmacists and five Pharmacy Technicians, all of whom are registered by the Illinois Pharmacy Board to dispense medications. |
