DeKalb Clinic welcomes Dongwoo John Chang, M.D., Neurological Surgeon. He will have office hours at DeKalb Clinic starting in July. To schedule an appointment, please contact the Surgery Department at (815) 758-8671, ext. 3500. Dr. Chang will be accepting new patients by referral. His office hours are every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.

Clinical: 1. Complex brain aneurysm and AVM surgery, giant aneurysms, cerebral revascularization and stroke

Skull base and brain tumor surgery

Epilepsy surgery/brain mapping (motor and language mapping, awake craniotomies, image-guided brain surgery, vagus nerve stimulation for epilepsy)

Spine surgery ( instrumentation, fusion, fractures, artificial disc)

Traumatic brain and spine injury
