DeKalb Clinic welcomes Jason Friedrichs, M.D., M.S. – Ophthalmologist joins the DeKalb Clinic in July 2008.
Jason received his B.S. in biochemistry and a Masters Degree in molecular physiology at the University of Illinois. He received his M.D. from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed a one-year medical internship in Oak Park, Illinois at West Suburban Hospital and his residency at the University of Iowa. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is trained to treat a variety of eye conditions, both surgically and medically, including cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, refractive error and corneal dystrophies.
